Winter season is the best time to visit Hampi,Hampi is an ancient village in the south Indian state of Karnataka the architectural brilliance here is just one of the attractions.Hampi tourism and attract travelers because of their excellent workmanship. Dravidian architecture flourished under the Vijayanagara Empire and its ultimate form is characterised by their massive dimensions, cloistered enclosures, and lofty towers over the entrances encased by decorated pillars.
Stone Chariot
Stone Chariot is the Jewel Of Hampi,like every place has it’s own special and famous attraction Stone Chariot is Hampi’s most iconic structure.This Sone Chariot is dedicated to Garudha and is situated inside the Vitthala Temple complex.This magnificent Chariot has a Dravidian style of architecture was and was built by the mighty King Krishnadevaraya of the Vijayanagara in 16th century.The villagers of hampi believe that the world will stop when the chariot will move from it’s place.
Lotus Palace,Ancient Hampi
Lotus Mahal which also known as Chitrangi Mahal or Kamal Mahal, it is an important structure in Hampi as it was used by the royal women of Vijayanagara. This royal structure is a perfect example of Indo-Islamic style of architecture, it is two storied and the balcony and the passages of palace are covered with a dome that looks like an open lotus. This is the only structure in Hampi which is not damaged or destroyed.
Vitthala Temple
Vitthala temple is one the most important temples found in Hampi which is also known as Vittaleswara,it marks the highest workmanship indicating the mature phase of architecture of Vijaynagara.The temple has a massive enclosure,with gateways at the entrance on three sides with lofty gopuras at north,south and east.The temple courtyard has Devi Shrines,Kalayana Mandapa,Utsava Mandapa,A hundred Pillared Mandapa and very famous The Stone Chariot.
Narasimha Shrine
At the slopping hillock nearby is a beautiful west facing temple known as Narasimha Temple which was built by Hiriya Timma Setti in 13 century. Narasimha Temple is earliest dated temple in Hampi. The temple has a Garbhagriha, An Antarala, Ardha Mandapa and Mahamandapa or Mukhamandapa. The Mukhamandapa is on either side of entrance doorways, the sculptures of Hanuman and Garuda in Anjali Mudra,the Garbhagriha has six tiered (tala) and Mahamandapa also has jagati all along it’s inner wall and on the exterior there is a creeper scroll that decorates the walls at the center.

Today will explore mainly two points Kishkinda hanuman temple - It is a birth place of hanuman located at anjaneya hills ,Hampi.
Tungabhadra Dam It is most beautiful dam in karnataka state for multiple uses aslo called Pampa sagar. we can spend evening here. Sunset watching is most adorable experience from the dam view point. There garden & child play area lovely Maintain , there Boating facility also available as wel as we can enjoy light show at dam ,
